Goodwin Property Management is the Property Management, Rentals, and Body Corporate Division of Goodwin Realty Limited. We proudly remain a privately owned and operated family business that celebrated our 20th birthday on the 5th of August 2011! Since commencing operations in Mt. Albert, we have expanded our core areas of trade by establishing branch offices in Avondale, Mt Eden

 

and Auckland's CBD. Despite the controversial de-regulation of our Industry in November 2009, Goodwin Property Management remains a Licensed Agency, and all our Property Managers are licensed in accordance with the Real Estate Agents Act 2008.
